4 On March 20, 2025, our organization participated in the panel discussion “The Power of Supporting Heroes. Specialist in Supporting Veterans, Demobilized Persons – Achievements and Challenges”, organized by the NGO “Network of 100 Percent of Life. Zaporizhzhia”.
What was discussed?
Veteran support specialists:
They talked about the range of services provided to veterans.
They shared their work experience and the main challenges they face.
Effective approaches to providing assistance were presented.
Veterans and representatives of veterans' organizations, including the president of our organization:
We discussed the role of a support specialist in the veteran support system.
Information was provided about assistance opportunities within the framework of the activities of the Foundation and NGOs.
The focus was on rehabilitation and reintegration through sports and team activities.
The issue of supporting the families of veterans was raised, especially the families of fallen Defenders, who today need special care and understanding.
At the end of the event, participants determined the topic of the next meeting through interactive voting:
"Capacity building for veteran organizations and organizations that care for veterans."
