During the team building training "Unifying People" organized by the NGO "EcoSense", we learned effective interaction, looked for our own superpowers, and created a "Team Manifesto".
Because true strength lies in unity.
Together, we can build a powerful civil society association that will act in concert for the development, sustainability, and future of our communities.
The training was organized by the NGO "EcoSense" within the framework of the project "Impulse for EcoSense: Development of Public Analytics for Green Regeneration of South-Eastern Ukraine", with the support of the "Impulse" Project, implemented by the International Renaissance Foundation and the Eastern Europe Foundation with funding from Norway (Norad) and Sweden (Sida).
