It is difficult to imagine a more symbolic place for such an event. It was here, among the Dnieper rocks and the Cossack victory, that 23 Ukrainian veterans received a new — sporting — life.
Thanks to our reliable partner, the U+ System rehabilitation center, running and universal prostheses were installed and individually adjusted. These are modern solutions with powerful shock absorption, allowing you to confidently move over difficult terrain and engage in sports.
And thanks to the support of @levitate.sport and @levitateukraine, movement became possible again.
And most importantly, all of this is free of charge, thanks to international donors, Ukrainian business, and great trust in our common cause.
We are incredibly grateful to the Khortytsia National Reserve @nzhortica for the warm welcome, cooperation, and atmosphere in which each participant was able to not only test the new prosthesis, but also feel the deep connection between generations.
Here, among the legends of the Cossacks, our veterans — warriors of the new era — felt the power of the Ukrainian indomitable spirit.
