Dear friends, we are pleased to inform you that from January 7 to 30, 2025, the charitable foundation “Zaporizhzhya Heart” in cooperation with the OrtoSano Joint and Spine Therapy and Rehabilitation Clinic is offering 120 packages of rehabilitation courses according to individual programs.
This is a joint project aimed at supporting the health of active military personnel and their family members; veterans and their family members; families of missing persons, those in captivity, and families of fallen soldiers.
The course includes:
1. Consultation with a doctor (neurologist or orthopedic traumatologist) - up to 45 minutes.
2. Massages — 5 sessions of 30 minutes each.
3. Classes in the rehabilitation hall using clinic methods — 5 classes of 60 minutes each.
4. Physiotherapy — 5 procedures according to the doctor's recommendations.
5. Classes in the kinesiotherapy room with a rehabilitation therapist - 5 classes of 60 minutes each.
Package price: 3825 UAH (standard price 6250 UAH).
To receive services you must:
Call the administrator at +380970906060 (Mon–Sun from 9:00 to 18:00).
Name the password: “Charity Fund “Zaporizhzhya Heart”” and the program name “Support plus". If the program is not named, it is sufficient to indicate the name of the fund.
Agree on a date for the first consultation.
During the visit, present an ID card (veteran, military serviceman) or a photo of the relevant document (for family members).
